AI training for companies
AI done right.
In your company, not in theory.
Artificial intelligence (AI) training and coaching for technical and non-technical teams, from practitioners with 20+ years in international IT. What AI can do in your processes today, which data must never go into it, and how to tell if it pays off.

The problem
Your staff already use ChatGPT. Each in their own way.
Nobody knows what client data went in, who checks what the AI wrote, or whether it really saves time. You want clear rules and results, not experiments on client data.
- Your processes. We practice on examples from your work: proposals, emails, reports. You anonymize them first.
- Your data stays yours. Every participant leaves knowing what can and cannot go into a public AI tool.
- Measurable. We pick 2-3 tasks and time them during the training, without and with AI. If it's not worth it, we tell you.
- Ready for the AI Act. Article 4 asks companies that use AI to take measures for their staff's AI literacy. What this means for you.
Who it's for
For companies that want answers in numbers, not enthusiasm.
Companies with 5+ employees
Sales, accounting, customer service or software development. Teams that already use AI informally and need common rules.
Managers and founders
You hear about AI every day but don't know where it would concretely help your company. You want a clear answer before you invest.
Technical teams
Developers and IT teams get a tailored program: coding assistants, automation and security rules for code and secrets.
Non-technical roles we work with: sales, accounting, legal, HR, marketing, customer service, office.
Packages
Fixed price, agreed in writing before we start.

How we work
Four steps, no surprises.
Let's connect
Tell us what you want from AI and we'll find the right format together.
Preparation
With your team leaders, we tailor the training to your needs and goals.
Training
Hands-on sessions on real tasks: AI best practices and responsible data use.
Application
With AI Adoption: 10 coaching hours on your real cases, then a review of results. With AI Kickstart, coaching is optional, at €80 / hour.
What you get
What your company has after the training.
- An internal AI usage guide. Which tools are allowed, what data never goes in, and who checks the output. Written for your team, ready to share.
- Before and after numbers. Timed results on 2-3 of your real tasks, so management sees what AI actually saves.
- A team that knows the data rules. Every participant knows what can and cannot go into a public AI tool, and which settings to change.
- A tool recommendation, often free. We compare ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot and Gemini against your budget. We don't sell licenses.
AI Act
What the EU AI Act asks of your company.
Since 27 July 2026, Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires companies that use AI to take measures supporting their staff's AI literacy. A documented training is one of the clearest measures you can show. Relevant if you are in the EU or your AI output reaches EU clients. This is not legal advice.
What you can show afterwards
- Who was trained, when, and on what topics.
- An internal AI usage guide adopted by your team.
- Clear data rules for public AI tools.
What we don't do
Clear boundaries.
We don't replace people.
AI takes over repetitive tasks. Decisions and accountability stay with your team.
No hype.
No flashy demos that fall apart in daily work.
We don't sell licenses.
No commissions from vendors. We recommend the right tool, often a free one.
We don't ask for access to your data.
We work on examples from your work, anonymized by you. We don't ask for access to your company's systems or data.
Who trains your team
Practitioners, not professional trainers.
20+ years in IT
Every trainer and mentor has delivered projects, led teams and answered for results.
International projects
France, Romania, Moldova and the rest of the EU. Including regulated environments, where a data mistake is costly.
AI in daily work
We use AI in our own projects. We show you what works in practice, not what sounds good in a slide deck.
FAQ
What companies ask us first.
Does the team need to know how to code?
No. For non-technical teams, everything happens in the browser. If you can write an email, you can use AI. For technical teams, we tailor the training: coding assistants, automation, security rules.
Which tools do we use?
The ones you already have, or the best fit for your budget: ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini. We compare, we don't promote. You pay for licenses directly to the vendor, they are not included in our price.
Is it safe to put company data into AI?
It depends on the data and the tool. That's exactly what we teach first: what's allowed, what isn't, and which settings to change so your data isn't used for training.
We have more than 8 people. What then?
We split larger teams into groups of up to 8. That is AI Rollout: €1,000 for the first group and €900 for each further group, with a management briefing included.
Online or at our office?
Both. Online has no extra cost. At your office, travel is billed separately. If you don't have a suitable room, we rent one, billed separately.
What happens after the training?
With AI Adoption, 10 coaching hours over 3 months are included, and we close with a review of results. With AI Kickstart, you can add coaching at €80/hour instead of €100 for 3 months.
Does the EU AI Act apply to us?
If you are in the EU or your AI output reaches EU clients, it likely does. Article 4 asks companies that use AI to take measures supporting their staff's AI literacy. Our training is one of the measures you can show. For a legal opinion, ask your lawyer.
What language is the training in?
Romanian, Russian or English, your choice. Materials are in the same language.
Who is Qlarum?
